Team training is a great way to make up a missed class or assignment.  Team training is an organized open work out.  This time is for team gymnasts only.

Team Open Training Rules:

Gymnasts must be in proper workout attire.
Gymnasts must work on skills appropriate for their skill level.
Pit time will be divided for use from the bar, floor, and vault.
Only athletes and coaches will be allowed in the gym.
