Handstand Holding

Hi All,

A simple way to work towards holding a handstand longer is to do a handstand with your stomach facing the wall with only your feet touching. Pull your feet off the wall to a vertical handstand and see how long you can balance before letting your feet go back to the wall.
Pick a goal number and see how many handstands holds it takes you to reach it!
