For each session worked you will receive a payment into your escrow account. Parents are welcome to sign up for as many sessions as they would like. Keep in mind we will have more oppotunity to volunteer at the state meet. The payment amount is listed next to the job/session on sign up genius. Please read the
notes that go along with each job so that you will know what is expected/required. Competitive team gymnasts ages 12 and older are eligible to work the score entry position. No other children or gymnasts will be allowed
to work any other jobs or be on the floor with their parent.
Meet Set Up – This job requires moving equipment,
chairs, tables, mats, and bleachers.
Meet Entry/Clean Up – Taking money/stamping all spectators as they enter at the beginning of the session.
General lobby/stands clean up at the end of the session.
Concessions – Working at the concessions stand
Hospitality Room Supervisor – Setting
up/maintaining/cleaning up the hospitality room and checking on the judges.
Score Entry/Awards – Entering scores at the judge’s tables. Handing out awards at the end of the session.
Event Timer – Timing warm up times.
Beam Timer – Timing the length of each beam routine and calling warning/time during the routine.
Floor Music – Playing floor music for each gymnast.
Meet Tear Down – This job requires moving equipment, chairs, tables, mats, and bleachers.
Hospitality Donations – We realize that most of you are excited to help out and that not everyone will have an opportunity to sign up to help at the event. We could also
use help with hospitality donations. You can sign up for a hospitality donation along with signing up to work at the event. Please find the needs listed on sign up genius. If you sign up for a Hospitality Donation please bring your
